I ordered a 13*6 360 24 inch HD lace wig 180 density and you guys sent me a u part lace wig and Im highly disappointed! This is not what I paid for nor wanted and Im not settling for this. Everything about this wig is wrong, its not HD lace, its not 24 inches, and its not 360 nor a 13*6 parting space! I paid too much money and for me not to get what I paid for has me disappointed because I messenged yall on Instagram and yall just keep reading my messsges about my concerns but have yet to help. I want a full refund!

I purchased a wig for mother's Day and after checking out it was disclosed that it will come after the holiday. Which I notified them immediately that I purchased it for the holiday. I was told by Mia that she would immediately get it to me and she did! I was extremely happy to receive my wig prior to mother's Day. But unbeknownst to me they had sent the wrong product. It was the exact wig but the wrong measurements in which I paid for and density therefore they rushed me the wrong product thinking that I would accept the mistake cut the lace and where the product because of the holiday;!!!! the holiday holiday

They did not send my product that I paid for and they have refused to refund money. They have ignored all my emails. I ordered the wig on December 21st and as of this date no product nor a refund has been received. I have sent at least ten emails and no response.

I ordered a unit on 8/21/19 from an email they sent me for $4.99 some type of promotion. They charged my card but I have not received any information about tracking at all. I have reached out several times can’t get any communication or any response. Ok yes it was $4.99 but that’s still my money I work for either provide me with the unit or issue a refund. This is not good for business or a great way to keep customers.

They put this picture for propaganda. But they send you something different. I would not do business with them anymore. They had a much curlier hair on the description, but they sent a hair witch is not curly like in the picture. I am very sad. Now I cannot send it back because I live in Brazil. The hair is almost straight. I don’t know why all the comments here are positive, but don’t buy it. I thought you were more serious. They are now a serious company. I wish I could go back in time and never get to know them. Deeeeep curly hair is not what you sent at all.
